Ready to fly at the cutting edge of BVLOS operations? We’re looking for a passionate Remote Pilot to join Flylogix—working as part of a tight‑knit team delivering unmanned flights to offshore oil & gas assets around the UK and beyond.
The role involves conducting safe, mission‑critical UAV operations in remote environments—working alongside a Remote Operator to deliver real‑time data from assets where it matters most. Expect a mix of operational deployments (rota‑based, including weekends) and development work.
What you’ll do:
- Execute safe UAV flights in line with procedures and airspace requirements
- Handle take‑off & landing via manual RC control
- Support flight operations using advanced systems (Skyspace©)
- Carry out pre/post flight checks and ensure airworthiness
- Maintain and service UAV apparatus
What we’re looking for:
- Strong RC flying skills (fixed wing)
- Solid understanding of UAS + control systems
- Hands‑on mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Calm, detail‑focused, and safety‑driven
- Team player, comfortable working in remote locations
