Job Description:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be the creative force, working with the Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing campaigns for our UK and Ireland stores.
In a nutshell, you’ll be responsible for…
- Collaborating with the Global Marketing team to execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports our overall business goals
- Managing the annual marketing budget and allocating resources to maximise ROI
- Working closely with external agencies and vendors to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Project managing marketing campaigns and events and analysing insights to continuously improve performance
- Designing and creating local material to ensure all marketing collateral is on brand and aligned with our company values
- Increasing customer loyalty with our Flying Tiger Copenhagen Club
- Working closely with the senior leadership team on communication plans, providing ideas and inspiration
We’re looking for someone with…
- A marketing maestro with at least 5 years of experience in marketing management, ideally within a global retail environment
- Proven experience in managing and executing creative and successful marketing campaigns
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Commercially and customer-focused
- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
