This role is based in Tottenham Court Road store and will be supporting other stores in West Central London district .

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join our store at Flying Tiger Copenhagen Tottenham Court Road Store They get to be part of our unique concept and help us create an atmosphere that's second to none.

Must be fully flexible and available to work Monday through to Sunday working a variety of shift patterns ranging from early start to support delivery to starting later to support closing the store., As part of a responsible community, we are committed to sustainability, including sourcing of our materials, to how we operate across our businesses.

What the role is about?

  • A deputy manager has the shared responsibility for the store's KPIs, operations, concept, colleague, and work environment, and uphold local legislation, regulations, and policies.
  • It's a hands-on role that involves ensuring the shop floor is well-presented and replenished to maximize sales, the warehouse is organised, and the store team undertake their duties whilst delivering friendly customer service.

What are your Responsibilities?

  • Support in leading the team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Oversee and implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • Implement Flying Tiger Copenhagen's concept.
  • Lead the team to complete operational tasks according to a timely manner.
  • Implement and follow Commercial guidelines to comply with store standards.
  • Support with stock integrity in line with company policy.
  • Oversee and manage tills discrepancies, incident reports, and team concerns,
  • Delegation and planning with the team to achieve objectives.
  • Support with upholding company policies, act with integrity, and seek support where necessary.
  • Communicate the company's values, goals and culture.
  • Must be available to work 5 out of 7 days each week including at least 1 day off over the weekend.
  • Ideally have previous experience in retail. management,
  • Passionate retailer to lead and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team.
  • A positive and optimistic attitude towards work and helping others.
  • Demonstrate good leadership behaviour.
  • Good communication skills; a clear and collaborative leadership style.
  • Strong organisation skills with attention to detail & time management.
