Deputy Manager for 32 hrs a week. Permanent role at Ealing Broadway. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join our store at Flying Tiger Copenhagen Ealing Broadway! They get to be part of our unique concept and help us create an atmosphere that’s second to none. Must be fully flexible and available to work Monday through to Sunday working a variety of shift patterns ranging from early start of 0700 am to support delivery to starting later until 2100 pm to support closing the store. Must be available to work Sunday shifts and up to 5 days a week when needed. For this role, management experience is required.

What the role is about?

  • A deputy manager has the shared responsibility for the store's KPIs, operations, concept, colleague, and work environment, and uphold local legislation, regulations, and policies.
  • It’s a hands-on role that involves ensuring the shop floor is well-presented and replenished to maximise sales, the warehouse is organised, and the store team undertake their duties whilst delivering friendly customer service.
  • Support in leading the team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Oversee and implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • Implement Flying Tiger Copenhagen's concept.
  • Lead the team to complete operational tasks according to a timely manner.
  • Implement and follow Commercial guidelines to comply with store standards.
  • Support with stock integrity in line with company policy.
  • Oversee and manage tills discrepancies, incident reports, and team concerns.
  • Delegation and planning with the team to achieve objectives.
  • Support with upholding company policies, act with integrity, and seek support where necessary.
  • Communicate the company's values, goals and culture.
