We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our store at Flying Tiger Copenhagen Merry Hill store. You will be part of our unique concept and help us create an atmosphere that is second to none. The role requires full flexibility and availability from Monday to Sunday, with a variety of shift patterns ranging from early start to support delivery to later closing shifts. You must be able to work up to five days a week, specifically Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday, on a schedule that aligns with store hours (Monday‑Friday 9 am–9 pm, Saturday 9 am–7 pm, Sunday 11 am–5 pm).
Responsibilities:
- Support the management team in daily operations and model best practice.
- Ensure the shop floor is well‑presented and replenished to maximize sales, keep the warehouse organised, and manage the store team’s duties while delivering friendly customer service.
- Implement Flying Tiger Copenhagen's concept.
- Operate tills proficiently and support advanced till functions.
- Handle till discrepancies, incident reports, and team concerns, escalating them to management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment for both customers and colleagues.
- Follow Commercial guidelines to meet store standards and compliance.
- Support in leading the store team, inspiring and motivating staff.
