To succeed in your application and training with Virgin Atlantic, you'll need to meet legal requirements for living and working in the UK with a clean criminal record. You'll also demonstrate swimming proficiency by completing a 25-meter swim unaided, treading water while inflating a life jacket, and boarding a raft using a rope ladder. Additionally, 18 months of customer service experience is essential. On the academic side, a minimum of three GCSEs (A*-C or 9-4) or an equivalent qualification is required. Finally, to ensure safety and efficiency onboard, you'll need to be fluent in written and spoken English and pass a physical assessment that includes reaching 210cm on tiptoe and securing yourself comfortably in a 45cm high seat without an extension seatbelt.
