As a Customs Assistant, you will collaborate closely with the Customs Compliance Officer to facilitate customs clearance and compliance processes for the import and export of aircraft parts. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with suppliers and freight agents to enable smooth customs clearance and timely delivery of goods.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required, and knowledge of OASES or similar systems is an advantage. Additionally, experience in materials management or logistics within the aviation industry is desirable, as are strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
