Assistant Manager/ Master Barista

We are seeking a passionate and committed assistant manager to help lead the team and work together with the general manager. We\’re a busy, vibrant cafe with a warm atmosphere. We offer a full-time position, paid breaks, complimentary lunch, and a quarterly bonus for the right candidate.

Our opening times are 8am-4pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am-3pm (Saturday, Sunday) with all evenings off.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

As Assistant Manager, you will:

1. Have excellent coffee and milk skills.
2. Be responsible for delivering the best coffee and customer service.
3. Handle ordering and stock control.
4. Oversee your team\’s adherence to all health and hygiene regulations.
5. Have worked in a similar environment at a management level or as a head barista with at least 1-2 years of experience.
6. Be a proven, hands-on leader.
7. Be naturally outgoing and vibrant, displaying a real passion for coffee and customer service.
8. Have excellent health & safety and food handling knowledge.

Languages: English – Advanced

Employment: Full-time

Schedule: 8am-4pm

Salary: £13.85 – £15 hourly
