Flying Fish is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Maritime Instructor to join our team in Cowes, Isle of Wight.
We’re looking for someone with superyacht experience and/or strong instructional skills, excellent mentoring abilities, and a genuine passion for helping develop the next generation of maritime professionals.
The role includes:
- Delivering RYA & MCA-approved training
- Working hands-on with students on and off the water
- Supporting and mentoring students as they begin their maritime careers
