We are looking for a full-time Maritime Instructor to join our team at Flying Fish. The ideal candidate will have superyacht experience and/or be a strong instructor with excellent career and mentoring skills, and a genuine passion for developing the next generation of maritime professionals.

The role:

  • Deliver RYA & MCA-approved training
  • Work hands-on with students on and off the water
  • Support and mentor students entering the maritime industry

Location: Cowes, Isle of Wight
