Senior Desktop Engineer
Location: London
. Someone who has experience in L2/L3 desktop and resolving L2 tickets
As well as Intune, Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows Server (365 office) and Service Now, Teams.
Please see below job description:
- Microsoft Surface laptop imaging, driver updates, assisting deployments
- Intune/End-User Device setup and enrolment,
- Liaising with end-users on the floor around getting their laptops setup, so would need to have some customer-facing experience ideally
- Strong service desk experience, answering calls and working through problems with customers.
- Attitude and culture of excellent customer service
- Diagnose and solve desktop hardware & software application issues
- Maintain wide area networks, including firewall configuration and commissioning VPN's
