Urgent Requirement: Same day interview
L1/L2 desktop engineer. Someone who has experience in L1 desktop setup and resolving L1 tickets
Location: Address - Bow St, London WC2E
Duration: 10 days, possible extension
We have a requirement for x2 engineers for 10 days to start work on Monday 27th November:
Scope of work for the resources required below;
- Unboxing new laptop
- Assisting with Asset tagging and data entry of new laptops
- Imaging new laptops in conjunction with provided guides
- Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows Server (365 office) and Service Now, Teams.
- Intune/End-User Device setup and enrolment,
- Diagnose and solve desktop hardware & software application issues
There will be a ROH engineer with them for the majority of the time to help and address issues.
