L1/L2 desktop engineer for 10 Weeks. Someone who has experience in L2 desktop and resolving L2 tickets
as well as Intune, Azure, Windows Server (365 office) and Service Now.
LOCATION: Bristol, Monday – Friday (9-5).
Fulltime UK working rights required
Please see below job description:
- Intune/End-User Device setup and enrolment,
- Liaising with end-users on the floor around getting their laptops setup , so would need to have some customer-facing experience ideally
- Strong service desk experience, answering calls and working through problems with customers.
- Attitude and culture of excellent customer service
- Diagnose and solve desktop hardware & software application issues
- Maintain wide area networks, including firewall configuration and commissioning VPN’s
They will need to be malleable (the project to get all devices to the stage they need to be at is due by the end of this month, build could change and it’s a fast-moving environment which can be a tad unorganised)
