Candidate will be providing a field support service at DWP sites across Northern Ireland for up to 6,000 users across 6 core sites(Belfast, Derry, Craigavon, Bangor, Lisburn and others in Northern Ireland).

- Incident/issue resolution
- Break fix/Swap Out
- New starter deployment
- Supporting MTR/Meeting Rooms
- Port/Switch checks
- Incident needs site visit
- Kit Moves
- Printer Set Up
- Accessibility User Buddy Service
Support service for users with Accessibility needs (set up of equipment and assurance of all software deployment)
