L1/L2 desktop engineer for 3 months. Outside IR35/ PAYE flexible contract,
Location: Cardiff
Someone who has experience in desktop support and resolving support L1/L2 tickets
Required Skills
- Imaging laptops across multiple domains.
- Understanding of Active Directory
- Provisioning laptops with the installation of software
- Good understanding of O365 and Intune enrolment
- Understanding of Security software, we use Carbon Black.
- Understanding of Bitlocker
- Understanding of Windows Defender
- Good admin skills
