We are looking for a General Manager for a beautiful pub near Melton Mowbray. Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package. Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains, operating more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels.
The Flying Childers is a characterful, premium pub located in the beautiful countryside near Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. It is a food led site at a 65/35 split, offering the Marston's 'Signature' menu, which features elevated pub classics. The pub has been performing consistently over the past few years, with weekly sales averaging £22,000, however, there is scope for the site to be driven to new heights through offering new reasons to visit. There is 3 bedroom accommodation available to the General Manager.
