We're looking for a General Manager for a beautiful pub near Melton Mowbray. Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package. Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Flying Childers in Melton Mowbray and lead the team to success!

The Flying Childers is a drive‑to destination pub, so a dynamic and sales driven General Manager is needed to market the pub's events and offers effectively to the surrounding area and passing trade. The pub has been performing consistently over the past few years, with weekly sales averaging £22,000, however, there is definitely scope for the site to be driven to new heights through offering new reasons to visit. There is 3 bedroom accommodation available to the General Manager.
