Responsibilities
Monitor and manage FlyForward's income, expenditure, and cash flow
Prepare financial reports for trustees and senior leadership
Ensure compliance with charity financial regulations and reporting requirements
Support grant applications and funding bids with accurate financial information
Develop and maintain budget plans across different programmes and initiatives
Liaise with external accountants and financial advisers as required
What We're Looking For
Background in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field
Familiarity with charity financial regulations (or a willingness to learn)
High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
Confident working with spreadsheets and financial management tools
Discreet and professional when handling sensitive financial information
As we are a charitable organisation, this is a voluntary position and work will be undertaken on an ad hoc basis. As such, we are unable to offer financial compensation at this time. However, as the charity grows and develops, there may be opportunities for this to change in the future.
