Join the future of mobile in-app subscriptions. Help thousands of app developers across the world better monetize their apps and build successful app business.

Adapty was started as an internal project for one of our older applications back in 2017. We’ve spent many months developing perfect subscription analytics and BI for our apps. We are looking for a Head of Product who will strengthen our team.

In this role, we’re looking for a strong operator, an exceptional leader who can take ownership of our omni-product business and turn it into a growth system. We like people who love organized, crystal-clear processes and are blazer focused on results.

Our mission is simple: help developers build profitable subscription apps. We grow together with our customers through a revenue-sharing model, so every update we ship directly impacts their revenue and ours.

revenueOS is a long‑term vision for the product. With vertical product scaling, we aim to build a one‑stop shop for app developers when it comes to app business operations and growth from integrating subscriptions all the way to calculating ROAS and ad performance. Adapty fits companies of any size, but app professionals get the most out of the product today. We solve the pain points of both developers and growth managers as they grow profitable apps.

Nice to have

  • Experience building or running subscription‑based products

  • Experience working with developer‑focused products

What you’ll do

  • Build and scale our org structure, processes, and reporting cadence for product shipment
  • (Co)own product P&L
  • Define and implement a clear product metrics and goal system
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to define and track shared metrics (pipeline, conversion, LTV/CAC)
