Your mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Specialist who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content for a professional audience. In this role, you will create and optimize content related to drones, robotics, automation, and solution-based technologies. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both content creation and working within a cutting-edge technical environment. You will have the autonomy to drive content strategy across digital channels while collaborating closely with all departments of the organisation.

Your responsibilities

  • Technical Content Creation: produce high-quality written content (case studies, blogs, whitepapers, website, reports, user manual) on topics related to drones, robotics, automation, hardware/software systems, and industrial technologies. Translate complex engineering or product details into clear, compelling content accessible to technical and non-technical audiences. Create SEO-optimized articles and landing pages to increase organic traffic and technical authority.
  • Digital & Social Media Content: develop technical and product-focused content for social media and other platforms. Manage and update website content using WordPress or Webflow, ensuring accuracy in technical product descriptions and specifications. Support product launches, campaigns, and webinars with relevant digital content.
  • Graphic & Multimedia Production (nice to have): create clear, professional visuals using Canva or Figma, such as diagrams, infographics, and feature highlights. Edit short-form video clips, demos, product walkthroughs, or test-flight footage for social media or product pages.
  • Data & Performance Optimization: monitor content performance using GA4 and platform insights to guide ongoing improvements. Optimize content based on analytics, user behavior, and SEO best practices.

Your profile

  • 5 years of technical content creation experience, with a strong emphasis on Marketing.
  • Background in a technical, B2B, robotics, drone, or industrial tech environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Business savvy, understanding business priorities and complexity of Sales processes.
  • Mother tongue English.
  • Comfortable working in a high-autonomy, high-variety role supporting multiple teams.

Nice-to-Have Technical Skills

  • Understanding of UAV systems, flight controllers, sensors, robotics hardware, automation software, or industrial control systems.
  • Experience writing for technical audiences (engineers, operators, industrial decision-makers).
  • Experience creating content around hardware products, electrical systems, or mechanical devices.
  • Ability to script or storyboard product demo videos.
