Overview

Join our team as an Assistant Manager to drive sales, inspire a customer‑first culture and support our Store Manager in meeting store targets.

Responsibilities

• Run the store when the Store Manager is not present, planning, prioritising and organising daily activities.
• Promote an in‑store sales culture, build and inspire a strong customer‑first team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety and hygiene standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and guide clients to the perfect luxury jewellery piece.
• Co‑create a selling experience that celebrates life and expresses love.
• Track and deliver on sales targets, analysing performance and implementing improvement actions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong retail or store management background, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail.
• Commercially savvy – proven drive to improve results and exceed targets.
• Excellent coaching and motivating skills, with a passion for developing team members.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills.
• Interest in the jewellery industry and a genuine appreciation of our products.
• Ability to adapt to change, work collaboratively and handle high‑volume situations.
