Be a role model of amazing customer service for other team members, achieving targets, maximising sales and giving customers the benefit of your product expertise.
You\’ll also help store management, especially in coaching new team members and helping them to settle in, develop their product knowledge and grow their amazing customer retail skills.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain store presentation standards.
Drive sales, meet and exceed targets, and maximise upsell opportunities.
Co-train new staff, support their development of product knowledge and retail skills.
Assist store management with daily operations and reporting.
Qualifications
Retail or customer-service experience, with a proven ability to sell.
Excellent communication skills, confidence, and an outgoing personality.
Ambitious and motivated to progress into a first management role.
