As the Pula Aviation Services (PASL) group continues to grow, ASG is seeking to recruit talented individuals to support key roles within our expanding operation. ASG now provides aircraft maintenance across four line/base stations—two in the Channel Islands and two in the UK—supporting a diverse fleet that includes ATR, Falcon, Citation, and King Air aircraft. By joining ASG, you become part of the wider PASL group, which delivers comprehensive solutions across aircraft ownership, management, operations, and special mission services for clients in business, commercial, and general aviation.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated B1/B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join our growing maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing and certifying aircraft maintenance in accordance with regulatory requirements, company procedures, and safety standards. You will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality, efficient, and safe maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and certify scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on aircraft and associated components within the scope of your EASA/CAA license.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify defects, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard of airworthiness.
  • Carry out inspections in accordance with approved maintenance data, technical manuals, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide hands-on guidance to mechanics, fitters, and support staff, offering technical expertise where necessary.
  • Ensure accurate and thorough completion of all maintenance documentation, logs, and certification statements.
  • Maintain compliance with Part 145 requirements and company quality procedures at all times.
  • Liaise with operations, planning, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure efficient workflow and aircraft availability.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and lead by example in promoting a strong safety culture.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance organisation.
  • Participate in training and development to maintain currency and expand licence capabilities.
Skills & Experience
  • Valid EASA/CAA B1, B2, or combined B1/B2 licence essential.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement in a time-sensitive, safety-critical environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to interpret complex technical information.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a methodical and proactive approach to work.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate across departments.
