The Role
The purpose of the Sales team at Victor is to generate sustainable, high‑quality revenue by connecting clients with the right private aviation solutions, while delivering a professional, transparent and premium client experience. The Sales team is responsible for managing client relationships from first enquiry through to booking confirmation, ensuring opportunities are qualified effectively and progressed in a way that balances client expectations with strong commercial outcomes for the business.
Sales plays a critical role as the commercial front door of the organization. The team shapes first impressions of Victor, sets expectations around service and delivery, and acts as the primary client advocate internally. This requires close collaboration with Sourcing and Flight Management to ensure that solutions sold can be delivered safely, efficiently and to Victor’s service standards.
Across all levels, the Sales team is accountable for disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and clear communication. The team contributes not only to revenue generation, but also to Victor’s reputation, long‑term client relationships and overall operational effectiveness.
This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President (SVP) and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with UHNW private aviation charter clientele. This is a fast‑paced, exciting role with no two days alike. Prior experience as a C‑suite executive assistant, UHNW travel agent, private aviation or outside sales is a plus. This is a fully remote position with very occasional travel.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Senior Vice President (SVP), North America, to drive overall sales goals for the company.
- Resourceful and creative prospecting of new client targets using traditional methods, as well as smart social media.
- Handle inbound leads from PPC and online sources.
- Establish and maintain relationships with current high‑profile clientele and their handlers.
- Maintain up‑to‑date client and prospect records through a working knowledge of Salesforce (training will be provided). Source and produce reports and other statistical information as required.
- Ability to treat highly confidential information in a discreet manner.
- Assist with calendar management, planning meetings, deliveries and travel arrangements as required.
- All other tasks related to general office administration.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to set and follow through on deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Above‑average analytical and creative problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Work Hours
Availability during regular business hours, as well as two weekend dates per month. In addition, this position is salaried and commission‑based, so it is most effective to be available when clients are.
