Our dedicated Flight Management team at Victor is an integral component of the wider flight team and has wide-ranging responsibilities throughout the post-booking customer journey. We are looking for a self-motivated, driven, and ambitious individual who can provide an industry-leading service and embed themselves into the wider team, helping to drive improvements and engaging in wider initiatives to support business objectives.
This position is critical within the broader Flight Management team in facilitating the ongoing smooth running of our flight schedule and offers a wide-ranging and exciting remit. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Flight Management, the role will encompass a variety of responsibilities which will offer fantastic personal growth and learning opportunities whilst being immersed in a truly disruptive and innovative global brand. The role will also offer fantastic career progression opportunities and we encourage involvement in wider initiatives across the business as we continue to pioneer a better way to fly private.
Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end client experience post-booking, including communication with external partners (airports, FBOs, caterers), internal colleagues across all teams, and direct engagement with our customers flying around the world. There will be opportunities to gain exposure to different sub-elements of the flight management function including the new booking phase (first contact and flight itineraries), the tactical (day of flight) role, and all aspects of flight logistics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of operational experience within business aviation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
- Comfortable and capable handling difficult situations and resolving problems, often at short notice
- Good attention to detail, highly organized, proactive with an ability to prioritize effectively and multitask
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work, flexibility and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in English language with excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
