Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technician role located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Technician will be responsible for performing lift installations, maintenance, repairs, and modernization tasks with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and fixing technical issues, conducting regular inspections, ensuring optimal functionality, and maintaining detailed service documentation. The role also involves communicating and coordinating with clients to ensure minimal disruption and maximum operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in lift installation, maintenance, and repair
- Experience in system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and component replacement
- Strong understanding of safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and quality management
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Basic familiarity with electrical systems, mechanical components, or related engineering disciplines
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in lift engineering, electrical, or mechanical fields are a plus
- Previous experience in lift or elevator servicing is an advantage
