Agency Sales Manager (Creator Agency)

We’re hiring a high-performing Agency Sales Manager to lead, develop, and drive results within a fast-paced digital creator agency. You’ll be managing a team of high-volume sales and chat agents who operate remotely on behalf of top-tier creators. Your mission: motivate the team, ensure KPIs are smashed, build a positive performance-driven culture , and keep sales processes tight and efficient. This is a high-impact leadership position where communication, adaptability, and accountability are key.
