Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct B2B sales negotiations, presenting tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using IT systems
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
- Organise and prioritise daily tasks effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently
- Knowledge of the electronics industry, PCB design, or related sectors is advantageous
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
