Flux Productions is looking for a confident and experienced Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to help us connect with restaurants, cafés and hospitality businesses across London. The role involves meeting potential clients, understanding their marketing needs and presenting our video production, photography and social media content services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach restaurants, cafés and hospitality businesses
  • Arrange and attend face-to-face client meetings
  • Present Flux Productions’ services, packages and portfolio
  • Build relationships with business owners and managers
  • Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into paid projects
  • Work closely with our production team to create suitable client proposals
  • Maintain records of leads, meetings and confirmed projects

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience in sales, business development or client acquisition
  • Knowledge of film production, advertising or creative media
  • A strong understanding of pre‑production, filming and post‑production
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Confidence approaching businesses in person, by phone and through email
  • Knowledge of London’s restaurant, café and hospitality industry
  • Experience or existing contacts within the hospitality, advertising or production industries would be a strong advantage.
