Senior Estimator

We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join the team, playing a key role in securing and delivering successful projects. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for a variety of roofing projects. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure cost-effective and high-quality solutions. Hybrid working can be offered, providing flexibility alongside office-based collaboration in Norfolk. Key Responsibilities of this role will include; * Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions * Reviewing specifications, drawings, and contract documents * Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors * Conducting site visits and assessments where required * Supporting project handovers and liaising with delivery teams * Providing expert advice on cost-saving and value engineering The ideal applicant will possess; * Proven experience as an Estimator, ideally in construction or roofing (roofing experience is advantageous) * Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities * Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines The successful applicant can expect to receive; * Competitive salary (£40,000 – £60,000 DOE) * Hybrid working options for better work-life balance * Career growth opportunities within a reputable company * A supportive and collaborative team environment If this opportunity is of interest, and you have the desired skills and experience, apply now
