Registered Building Control Inspector - RBI - Building Inspector - Plan Checking. Class 3 Registration Essential. CAN BE FULLY REMOTE OR REGIONAL.
You will work remotely on Class 3 projects, focusing on complex and technical projects rather than domestic and residential small-scale projects. You will project manage construction projects nationwide and have the full remit to visit sites when it suits you or for projects you wish to see yourself. Your focus will be on the plan checking end of the development.
You will work as a Technical Manager, with opportunities for mentoring if you are passionate about developing the next generation of surveyors. This is a fully flexible role with no requirement to win new business or monitor KPIs.
