Senior Structural Engineer in Nottingham

Senior Structural Engineer Nottingham Up to £55,000 plus bonus You're an experienced structural engineer at a point in your career where you're comfortably running projects. The problem is, there's little or no room for you to progress any further in your current company. You've recognised the need for a change, and you can definitely see the advantage of working in a different environment. One that supports your ambitions. A place that doesn't limit your career progress and can push you to achieve more personally and professionally. The opportunity You'll be joining a rapidly-growing multi-discipline consultancy with an excellent reputation for retaining really good engineers, rewarding them and promoting internally. Several of the leadership team joined here as Senior Engineers and are now Associates and/or Directors. The projects you'll be working on are some of the most high-profile in the region, with no two jobs and no two days the same here. So, you won't stagnate either. You'll keep progressing upwards, and the rewards will come in spades. What else? You'll be working in a totally non-corporate environment, where you'll be valued as a person first above all else, and not just a number-cruncher. With regular socials, well-being initiatives, a healthy pension provision and flexible working to suit you and your lifestyle. Add to that an unrivalled unlimited leave package, and you’re seriously winning here. Sound better than where you're at right now? That's probably because it is.
