It might be time to look at something different. A growing national RBCA is looking for 2F Plan Checkers across the UK to join their expanding team. This is a role where you’ll be involved from design through to approval, not just reviewing and moving on.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess building control applications (domestic to complex commercial)
- Get involved in pre- and post-design discussions
- Review drawings and technical submissions
- Support compliance decisions and approvals
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and project teams
What You’ll Need
- BSR Registered (minimum 2F)
- Strong knowledge of Building Regulations
- Ability to manage your own workload
- Confident communication skills
