This is a pivotal role requiring technical precision, high agency, and the ability to bridge the delta between external architectural intent and internal manufacturing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Process Management: Lead the design lifecycle from the receipt of client drawings through to the issuance of finalized production sets for the factory.
Project Ownership: Manage a dedicated pipeline of smaller projects while assisting the Design Manager on large-scale, complex bespoke assignments.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and external designers, convening meetings to resolve design queries and ensure project alignment.
Cost Control: Monitor and manage design costs to ensure projects remain within budgetary parameters without compromising structural integrity.
Technical Production: Utilize AutoCAD to develop and refine producible drawings, ensuring all specifications meet the rigorous standards required for concrete manufacturing.
Qualifications & Experience
