What you'll do
- Lead and develop the structures team across two offices, building a team that reflects your leadership style.
- Drive business development, using your network and client-facing skills to bring in new projects.
- Oversee the design of major structures, ensuring high standards and innovative solutions across all materials.
What you'll bring
- Chartered status, ideally MIStructE, but MICE will be considered.
- At least 10 years' UK design consultancy experience, giving you the depth of knowledge to lead effectively.
- Client-facing experience, so you can build relationships and grow the business.
