If you’re somebody who considers yourself a bit of a perfectionist and values high technical standards – this one is for you… Key responsibilities * Audit building control casework, inspections, plans and technical decisions. * Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations, legislation and internal procedures. * Identify risks, inconsistencies and areas for improvement. * Produce reports and recommendations * Provide constructive technical feedback to surveyors. * Support QA, continuous improvement and professional standards. About you * Class 2f preferred – but you should apply if you have commercial/residential experience * Experienced in building control and technical assessment. * Experienced in technical review, auditing or quality assurance. * Current Building Regulations and associated guidance savvy * Detail-focused with strong analytical and decision-making skills. * Confident in challenging decisions professionally and constructively. * A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills. * Committed to maintaining high professional and technical standards.
