What youll be doing This role blends leadership, technical expertise and strategic influence.

Youll be: Managing and developing a team of Registered Building Inspectors Contributing to the leadership and strategic direction of the Building Control function Ensuring consistent, high-quality Building Control and consultancy services Overseeing operational performance, workload allocation and team development Acting as the Registered Building Inspector for your own portfolio of commercial clients Building strong relationships with clients, partners and industry stakeholders Supporting ongoing growth and development across the Building Control team If you enjoy a mix of hands-on technical work and shaping how a service grows, youll feel right at home.

Office presence is encouraged because the team genuinely thrives on being collaborative and supportive.

So youll need to commit to two days a week in the central London office, and the rest of the week can be done from home.
