About the job
- No sector experience is required, and you will receive full industry and recruitment training.
- You will have jobs, clients, and candidates from day one and work in a supportive team.
- The initial focus is on candidate generation, with all the necessary tools provided, including multiple job board access, LinkedIn recruiter licences, and a sizeable database.
- You will use various avenues to find suitable candidates, including job adverts, LinkedIn, and job boards.
- We do not micromanage; you won’t walk into a job with endless KPIs.
- Clear, achievable career progression is available, from trainee to Director, with salary appraisals twice a year.
- You can work on either a contract desk or a permanent desk; we offer both options.
About you
This job is ideally suited to someone with some experience in recruitment (at least a year), although full training and development will be provided. We also offer trainee roles to those coming from a sales, telesales, or customer service background.
You will need to be resourceful, enthusiastic, and motivated. We welcome applications from recruiters from all industries; we can teach you the Building Control aspect.
