  • Hyper Focused and Vector Aligned: ‘Good’ work in the wrong direction is not valuable. You partner closely with other leaders to understand how you can maximise the impact your teams can deliver together.
  • Insist on the Highest Standards: You set and champion high standards for yourself and your team, driving excellence across technology, people, and processes.
  • Dive Deep: You relentlessly build in-depth knowledge and insight, so you can understand the true root cause of problems. You stay connected to the details while providing enough autonomy to the team to move quickly and have their own wins.
  • Champion Culture: You truly believe in and champion the Flux culture. Culture is the secret ingredient and force multiplier behind every great success story.

Skills & Experience

  • Leadership experience. In previous roles, you’ve supported a team of 5–10 individual contributors to operate at their highest potential.
  • System Expertise: You’ve architected, deployed, and monitored large-scale ML training and inference infrastructures – spanning from data-center cluster orchestration down to on-chip firmware – and can translate requirements across software, hardware, and firmware layers to ensure robust, high-performance accelerator operations in production.
  • Strong technical proficiency. You have extensive experience in several of the following areas: quantisation techniques, low-latency inference, profiling compute pipelines, memory hierarchy, software-hardware interaction, and system programming.
  • Communication skills. You have excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts and trade-offs across all levels of the organisation and to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A proven track record . You know how to focus on customer and business outcomes, delivering impactful products through close collaboration with partners.
