OLIX is seeking a Talent Director to own how we find, win and hire the people who will build the next era of photonics and AI hardware. You will scale the talent function from 200 to 1,000 across London, Bristol, Austin, San Francisco and Toronto, while maintaining hiring quality.
This is a hands-on leadership role: lead senior and executive searches, design AI-enabled recruiting, build a sharp recruiting team, and partner with the exec team on workforce planning.
