We’re looking for a Client Campaign Manager who lives at the intersection of copywriting, creative ideation, and campaign execution, someone who enjoys big-picture strategy just as much as rolling up their sleeves to write, plan, and ship campaigns.
If you’re the type who can brainstorm compelling campaign angles, write sharp copy, organize the calendar, keep the client looped in, and make everything feel easy… you can keep reading.
What You’ll Do- Own monthly email campaign planning (themes, hooks, calendars, angles)
- Write engaging brand-aligned copy (subject lines = CTA)
- Collaborate with clients to understand goals & opportunities
- Manage approvals, updates, and ongoing communication
- Brief supporting teammates (design, assist, etc.)
- Keep the workflow organized, smooth, and on schedule
- Look at campaign performance and suggest smart improvements
- Bring fresh ideas (always!)
- Creative but also structured (rare combo, we love it)
- Strong writer who knows how to sell without sounding salesy
- Fast thinker, solution-oriented, fun to collaborate with
- Can manage the dance of deadlines, quality, and client expectations
- Curious about consumer psychology + brand storytelling
- Not afraid to ask questions or propose better ways of doing things
- 3+ years in email marketing, lifecycle, copywriting, content strategy, campaign management, or adjacent roles
- Experience working with clients directly (agency or freelance = bonus)
- Familiar with platforms like Klaviyo / Mailchimp
- Ability to present ideas clearly and confidently
- Comfortable balancing strategy and execution (50/50 or fluid depending on need)
- Upbeat energy
- Outside-the-box thinker
- Organized and proactive
- Learns fast plus adapts faster
- Enjoys making creative work feel effortless
- Can toggle between big picture & details without losing momentum
- Remote contract role to start with opportunity for more scope, more clients to manage, or full-time as we grow
- Collaborate async + some CET hours overlap for meetings / reviews
- Flexible working style (with use of time-tracking)
You won’t be stuck as “just a writer” or “just a PM.” You’ll shape campaigns end-to-end, influence strategy, and see the impact quickly. It’s high-trust, high-collaboration, low-bureaucracy. We move fast, think creatively, and like people who do the same.
