Join us at Flux Outdoor – you’ll be joining a startup at the forefront of innovation in digital outdoor media. Working alongside some of the largest agencies and brands across the globe, you’ll combine creativity with a passion for creating a human impact in the physical world.

We’re looking for an experienced sales manager to help accelerate our growth across the UK and USA.

The Role

Reporting to the COO, you’ll be responsible for showcasing the best that our technology can offer to our partners and increasing campaign throughput. You will be able to adapt to a burgeoning, ever-evolving ecosystem and be comfortable talking to media-owners, agencies, and brands directly with confidence.

Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining and nurturing excellent relationships with current channel partners
  2. Effectively communicating creative ideas for brands to use outdoor advertising more effectively through the use of data
  3. Creating new business opportunities through conferences and networking events
  4. Maintaining a strong pipeline of campaign opportunities
  5. Identifying further opportunities for growth within existing customer relationships
  6. Engaging and learning from all members of the Flux team to gain a full understanding of the capabilities
  7. Aiding other areas of the business as required – as a small team, your input is highly valued and we encourage a spirit of collaboration, not competition.
