As Director of Workforce Intelligence, you will lead the development and delivery of Flutter's global workforce intelligence capability. Within strategic direction agreed with the Global CPO, divisional CPOs and COEs, you will establish Flutter's distinctive approach to workforce intelligence—bringing bold ideas about what best-in-class capability looks like, translating those into predictive and prescriptive capability, and ensuring workforce intelligence becomes embedded as a core input to how Flutter plans, invests, and decides about its future.
We're looking for a senior leader in data and people analytics to join us as Director of Workforce Intelligence. This role sits at the heart of Flutter's global People function, and this is not a traditional HR analytics role. You'll lead the development of Flutter's global workforce intelligence capability, building a decision engine that draws on internal workforce data, external labour market intelligence, skills data, and AI-enabled analytics.
What you'll do:
- Build and deliver Flutter's global workforce intelligence strategy, establishing governance and operating frameworks that embed workforce intelligence as a core input to Divisional and Group planning processes.
- Develop predictive and prescriptive models that surface emerging risks and opportunities across talent, capability, productivity, retention, and organisational health.
- Build a skills-based view of the organisation to inform workforce strategy, talent mobility, and capability investment, and develop scenario modelling capabilities to support major business decisions including M&A, geographic expansion, and organisational transformation.
- Integrate internal workforce data with external labour market and skills intelligence to create a dynamic, forward-looking view of workforce demand and supply across critical capabilities.
- Apply organisational network analysis and human capital forecasting to surface insights about collaboration, capability flow, and organisational health that are invisible in traditional workforce data.
- Guide the selection and implementation of AI-powered workforce intelligence tools, partnering with Technology and Data leadership to ensure data infrastructure, tooling, and architecture are in place to support a best-in-class capability.
- Ensure all data practices are rigorously maintained in line with GDPR, the EU AI Act, Flutter's Responsible AI Policy, and internal audit and compliance standards.
- Lead a high-performing global Workforce Intelligence team and establish a cross-functional community of practice that bridges the centralised team with divisional HR and people teams.
- Represent the function to Divisional and Group leadership, with regular engagement at ExCo and Board level as the function matures.
