We’re looking for a CRM Manager to join our Customer Marketing Team at Betfair, part of Flutter UK & Ireland. As CRM Manager for Betfair, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across the UK & Ireland through lifecycle marketing. You will lead the delivery of CRM strategies across activation, retention, and reactivation, creating personalised, data-driven customer experiences across multiple channels.
Reporting to the Senior CRM Campaign Manager and managing two CRM Executives, you will collaborate with CRM, Commercial, Analytics, Brand, Product, Data and Planning teams to deliver innovative customer journeys and automated communications that deepen engagement, strengthen customer value, and drive commercial performance.
What you’ll be working on:
- Delivering CRM strategies that support commercial objectives and customer growth.
- Supporting Planning to translate priorities and propositions into targeted CRM campaigns.
- Driving segmentation, targeting, and personalisation to ensure customers receive relevant communications at the right time.
- Partnering with Analytics and Data teams to define KPIs, measure performance and generate actionable insights.
- Leading test-and-learn initiatives to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Managing the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring quality, accuracy and timely delivery.
- Working closely with Brand teams to ensure communications are consistent, compelling, and aligned to Betfair's tone of voice.
- Ensuring all activity complies with regulatory, GDPR, and data governance requirements.
- Managing and developing two CRM Executives through coaching, performance management, and ongoing support.
