We’re looking for 2 Paid Search Executives to join our Search team at Flutter UK & Ireland. As a Paid Search Executive, you’ll sit within our central Search team, working across a portfolio of leading Flutter UK & Ireland brands including Betfair, Paddy Power and Sky Betting & Gaming. You’ll be hands-on in the delivery of paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, supporting both always-on acquisition and key trading moments. One role will support our portfolio of brands across sports, whilst the other role will focus on gaming.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, who is confident working with large budgets, complex account structures, and ambitious growth targets. You’ll work closely with Paid Search Managers, performance teams, and wider marketing stakeholders to ensure our paid search activity is delivering against clear commercial objectives. You’ll also play a key role in testing and scaling new opportunities across automation, creative, audience strategies and emerging platform functionality.
What you’ll do:
- Manage, optimise and scale Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing, and Apple Search Ads
- Own day-to-day account performance including budget pacing, bid strategies, keyword management, and search term analysis
- Support the delivery of acquisition targets through efficient CPA management and volume growth
- Continuously test new opportunities across automation, creative formats and platform features
- Deliver insight-led optimisation using performance data, attribution and incrementality testing
- Work closely with Senior Paid Search Managers to plan and execute activity aligned to wider commercial and brand objectives
- Collaborate with creative, product, analytics and commercial teams to drive performance improvements
- Produce clear reporting and performance insights for internal stakeholders
- Support major trading moments, seasonal peaks and new product or market launches
How you’ll do it:
- Proven experience managing Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing (Apple Search Ads experience highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals including CPA, ROAS, LTV and attribution
- Confident working with data, reporting tools and optimisation platforms
- A strong test-and-learn mindset with the ability to translate insight into action
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and budget management discipline
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Previous experience within a high-volume e-commerce, subscription, gaming, or regulated industry environment is desirable
