As an Exec in the UKI Sports Operations Team, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports the biggest products across UKI Trading. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the Sportsbook products for our 3 UKI brands on Sports like Darts, Cricket, Golf, Rugby GAA and many more, from market creation right through to issue resolution, making quality real-time decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
In this role you will…

- Actively seek new ideas and collaborate with colleagues to offer an innovative and exciting betting experience to over 1 million customers.
- The role demands a critical and solution-oriented problem solver, focused on continuously improving the experience of our customers.
- Comprehensive training across all trading operations facets is provided. You don’t need to be an expert. We value curiosity and a desire to learn above all else.
- Collaborate across various departments, including Tech, Global Trading, Commercial, Customer Service, and Product, to drive operational improvements that enhance the customer experience.
- Form part of a team that takes full end to end ownership of their operational area, spanning market creation, live management, settlement, post-settlement issue resolution and retrospective reporting & analysis.
