Your team
We’re looking for a Marketing Technology Systems Administrator to join our MarTech team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is curious about how data, technology, and digital experiences come together. You’ll support the implementation and maintenance of tracking, help ensure data is collected in a compliant and responsible way, and contribute to improving the quality and reliability of data across our digital platforms. You don’t need to know everything from day one, what matters most is curiosity, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset.

What you’ll do
Implement and support tracking and tagging across digital platforms using tools like GTM and Tealium.
Assist with testing and validating tags, events, and data layer setups.
Support the implementation and ongoing management of consent solutions (e.g. CMPs like OneTrust).
Assist in testing and validating consent behaviour across websites and tools.
Monitor and troubleshoot tracking and consent-related issues, escalating when necessary.
Maintain and update tracking and consent documentation and inventories.
Support quarterly audits of tags, consent implementation, and user access to ensure compliance and governance.
Contribute to monthly reporting on consent performance, signal strength, and tracking health.
Assist in supporting affiliate integrations, including IP whitelisting and basic API queries.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. product, marketing, DPO) to ensure tracking and consent requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

How you’ll do it
We’re less focused on what you already know, and more interested in how you think, learn, and grow.
Are curious about digital tracking, data, and web technology.
Have strong attention to detail.
Enjoy problem-solving and figuring things out.
Take ownership and accountability, even when learning something new.
Communicate clearly and proactively with team members and stakeholders.

Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
Exposure to Google Tag Manager (GTM), Tealium, or similar tools.
Basic understanding of cookies, consent, or privacy concepts.
Familiarity with browser developer tools.
Any experience with APIs or technical integrations.
