What you\’ll do

Join the Client Funds & Reconciliations team, responsible for managing £350m of customer cash. Reporting to the Client Funds Manager, you\’ll lead key finance transformation projects, including unifying Client Funds Balance Sheets.

The role involves understanding Client Funds control processes, building relationships across departments, and supporting projects that integrate new products, payment methods, and jurisdictions.

1. Lead Balance Sheet alignment project for Flutter Client Funds.
2. Serve as the key contact for Client Funds process or settlement queries.
3. Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
4. Implement new products and payment methods, including UAT.
5. Coordinate with external payment processors and internal teams.
6. Communicate effectively with the Finance Manager, reporting financial exceptions.
7. Manage relationships across locations including Dublin, New York, Isle of Man, and Leeds.
8. Identify and highlight risks within the financial control framework.

How you\’ll do it

• Qualified accountant with post-qualified experience; degree preferred.
• Experience managing finance projects or change initiatives is advantageous.
• Enthusiastic learner with a proactive work approach.
• Knowledge of SQL is beneficial.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and trustworthiness.
• Proactive, innovative, and able to improve processes.
• Excellent communication skills, concise and articulate.
• Flexible in a fast-paced environment.
