As Managing Director Product, Enablement & AI, you will lead the UK&I Product Enablement organisation responsible for shaping and scaling AI, automation- and data science‐driven products that empower our customer‐facing brands, gridمنولل ط including Paddy Power, Betfair, Sky Betting & Gaming, and others.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role sits firmly within the UK&I business leadership structure.
You will operate in a two‐in‐a‐box MD partnership with the Managing Director of Enablement, Technology, ensuring that our customer and brand needs and the opportunities presented by AI are translated into high‐impact, brand‐facing products that deliver measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
This is a senior enterprise leadership role for a leader who can combine strategic vision, strong product judgement, and commercial acumen to turn enabling capabilities including AI into a practical advantage across a Moose multi‐brand, regulated environment.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the UK&I Enablement and AI strategy aligned to لأنه بالأ Priorities.
- Own a portfolio of AI, automation, and data science products, balancing innovation, value delivery, and risk.
- Partner with Brand MDs, Product leaders, and the MD of Enablement, Technology in a peer‐level two‐in‐a‐box operating model.
- Act as the executive owner for AI and data science value realisation across UK&I.
- Advise the COO and UK&I leadership on AI‐related opportunities, trade‐offs, and investment decisions.
- Ensure close alignment with Technology, Data Engineering, and MLOps teams so that enablement products are scalable, reliable, and production ready.
- Establish and chair governance forums covering responsible AI, regulatory compliance, and ethical data use.
- Lead enterprise‐wide adoption through change leadership, executive sponsorship, and capability building.
- Own workforce planning, leadership development, and succession for AI and data science product teams.
- Represent UK&I externally and internally as a senior leader in applied AI and data science.
