Flutter UKI are on the hunt for a passionate person to join our dynamic Trading Operations Team as a Trading Operations Executive. This role will consist of shift work, including earlys, days, and some weekends and evenings.
We are the Flutter UK & Ireland Trading Team – we power performance, we think differently, and we drive the best customer experiences to keep our Paddy Power, Betfair and Sky Betting & Gaming brands at number one.

The Role
As a Trading Operations Executive, you will be part of a dynamic new team that operates one of the most complex and innovative products in the betting industry. You will ensure the smooth functioning of our products, from bet creation right through to issue resolution, making real-time decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
You will play a key role in driving operational excellence while fostering a customer-obsessed culture and driving commercial performance.
What You’ll Do
- You\’ll join a team that takes full end to end ownership of their operational area, spanning market creation, live management, settlement, post-settlement, issue resolution and retrospective reporting & analysis.
- You\’ll actively seek innovation, collaborating with colleagues to improve internal processes and offer exciting betting experiences to over 1 million customers.
- Applying critical thinking and a resourceful approach to problem solving, you\’ll focus on continuously improving the experience of our customers.
- This is a collaborative role, and you\’ll get the chance to work with teams like Tech, Trading, Commercial, Customer Service, Product, and many more to drive operational improvements.
